X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2009) on the PlayStation Portable is a handheld beat-'em-up released to tie into the 2009 feature film. Developed by Griptonite Games and published by Activision, this portable edition is fundamentally different from the critically acclaimed Uncaged Edition on PS3/Xbox 360. Instead of an M-rated gorefest, the PSP release is a T-rated isometric hack-and-slash designed around fast button-mashing combat and stylized comic visuals.
